The following additional terms and conditions are applicable with respect to your use of a third party platform to access and download an App, such as Apple, Inc., Google, Inc., or any other similar third party “app store” or platform (each a “Provider”):a. You acknowledge and agree that (i) these Terms are binding between you and BBC.com only, and the Providers are not a party to these Terms, and (ii) as between BBC.com and such Provider, it is BBC.com that is responsible for the App and the content thereof.
